Face Care - Glitter Like “GOLD”

Apply Gold epidermal cleanses and message gently for 2-3 minutes to clean the epidermal layer.

Home Remedies for Dry Skin

1. Mix 1/4th teaspoon turmeric powder with one teaspoon of fresh milk cream (Malai) and few drops of lime juice. Apply this mixture upon your face, massage your face till five minutes. Wash it off with like warm water.

2. An excellent remedy for dry skin is the juice of cabbage leaves with little bit of yeast dissolved init mixed with honey. Apply this mixture thickly over your face and neck. After 15 minutes remove it with cotton wool soaked in water.

3. To improve the complexion:- soak few almonds over night – peal the skin and grind to a paste mix with one spoon of gram flour one tea spoon of fresh un boiled milk and few drops of lime juice. Make a thick paste and apply on face and neck. Leave it for 15 minutes. Then message gently into the skin until it comes off. Rinse face with cold water.

4. Treatment for rough and dry skin: -A few drops of coconut oil, ¼ teaspoon turmeric, a teaspoon of green gram floor mix together for thick paste. Apply every day at bath time. After it dries take a bath.

5. Mix 2 crushed almonds, spoon full egg white, few drops of honey and 1 spoon of grated coconut into a paste. Apply this mixture on your face. Wash off with cold water (after it dries)

6. Mix 2 spoon of milk powder + few drops of lime + 1 spoon of glycerin + turmeric and milk cream. Apply it on the face. After 15 to 20 mins. Wash off with luke warm water.

7. Face pack: Mix few drops of lime juice, 1 teaspoon of olive oil and yilk of egg mix together. Apply on your face for ½ an hour.

8. For rough and dry skin: - scrap one carrot and squeeze the juice from it. Apply on your face. After ½ an hour, wash the face.

9. For children dry skin problem: - just apply milk before bath. Any one can do this. After bath use any cream/moisturizers.

10. for any kind of face pack, mix it with egg yolk. This is for dry skin problem. White egg is excellent for oily skin.

Dry skin care:

Daily use a lot of moisturizer base.

Avoid using astringent
Massage the skin with almond oil or olive oil.
Use almond base face packs
Juice of red radish, cauliflower can be excellent remedy for dry skin.
Drink 3-4 liters of water daily.
Use a lot of fruit juice in your daily diet.
Daily exercise of any form (yoga, aerobics), walking can be very beneficial for overall skin.

Use little less of ammonia crystals than recommended on the face. Use a little more of the crystals on your hands and legs.
If one feels a burning sensation, or there are allergy marks on the face, gently rub coconut oil on the affected area and wash it off with cold water, can do a gentle message with face powder for 10 to 15 minutes and leave it on the face. One can rub ice over the effected allergic area for 10 to 15 minutes or little longer till the reaction subsides.

Home Made Beauty Aids - Oily Skin and Pimple Cure

About Pimples
Pimples usually seen on face, chest, back and upper arms, it occurs when the pores of the skin become clogged with oil, dead skin cells and/or bacteria.

1.Oily Skin and Pimple Cure:
Do you know that many outstanding lotions and creams and face packs can be prepared at home from the ingredients found on your kitchen shelf? These are safe, easy to make, cheap, and no side effects and will at the same time help you to maintain a fresh and flawless complexion.

2. Scrub cum dead skin remover (oily skin): Soak 1 cup of rice in water for 1 hour, clean and dry the rice in sunlight. Powder it with ½ cup of Multani Mitti and 1 tsp full of Methi. Store this powder in Jar.
Once in a week, take 2 spoon of rice powder mixed with 5 drops of honey and curd. Apply this paste on your face. Leave it for complete dry. (Don’t wash with water) Remove the pack with the help of fingers rubbing the skin. (Rub it off)

3. To get rid off Pimples: Mix to gather 1 spoon full Multani Mmitti, ½ spoon of sandal wood powder + 5 drop of lime juice and mix with rose water. Apply on your face and allow to dry and wash off.

4. Paste of Pudina leaves have been known to dry up pimples and any other skin rashes.

5. Dead Skin remover (Oily Skin): Apply a mixture of glycerin, few drops of lime juice and sugar. Rub this mixture gently in circular movements all over the face.

6. Use orange peal: Pound orange peel with water on a piece of stone. Apply the paste for 10 to 15 mins. And wash off.

7. Apply a paste of fresh Methi leaves over the face every night for 10-15 mins. Wash with warm water.

8. Few drops Lime juice and Curd applied regularly has been proved very beneficial.

9. Mash a ripe banana mix with little rose water. Apply thickly over the face. Leave it for an hour. Wash it off with lukewarm water. This not only keeps pimples at bay but also softens skin and keeps it wrinkle free.

10. To remove Pimple marks: Grind Tulasi and Turmeric in to a paste. Apply it on the face. Alow to dry and wash it off. This is repeated until marks vanish completely.

11. Cleansing lotion for oily skin: 1tsp milk mix with few drops of lime juice and 1 tsp of tomoto juice. Apply it on your entire face. Leave it for 5 mins ,wipe off with cotton wool.

Diet Routine:
  • Eat lots of leafy vegetables, fruits and whole grain. The high fiber content clears constipation, which may lead to pimples.
  • Intake of sea fish except shell fish such as halibut, salmon, tuna, sardine as these contain important omega -3 oils, which are helpful for skin nourishment.
  • Drinking at least 4 Lts of water.
  • Eat food high in B-Carotene such as carrot, Pumpkin and deeply colored veg and fruits.
  • Reduce intake of sugar, sweets and processed food.
  • Reduce intake of milk and milk products as mil contains high amout of harmones, which leads to stimulation of oil glands.
  • Avoid caffeinated drinks like tea, coffee, colas etc.
  • Daily exercises of any form (cardio/yoga) can be extremely beneficial for overall skin health and can also help clear if of pimples. It improves blood circulation and also reduces stress, which is a known cause of pimples.
